Call a CRC® Account Manager/Representative to find out more. Purchases to be made through a distribution partner. Proof of purchase during the promotional period & bonus gift redemption form required to be submitted to CRC® by the distribution partner for redemption. Bonus gift redemption form available from the distribution partner. Bonus items will be dispatched on a fortnightly basis to the recipient (details provided on the redemption form) on CRC® receiving the proof of purchase and redemption form from the distribution partner. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of bonus item. Fluids in start-up kit vary depending on machine purchase.
