These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Evolve Lighting Winter Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion period

The promotion will be valid from Thursday, 1 May 2025 until 11:59pm, Thursday, 31 July 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

This offer is available instore and online to customers who purchase any single Evolve Lighting stocked product during the promotion period.

Trip for two to Fiji

This offer is available instore and online to customers who spend $1,000.00 + GST on any Evolve Lighting stocked products during the promotion period. Every $1,000.00 + GST accumulated during the promotional period will qualify as one entry into win.

Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Evolve Lighting provides fire pits as a prize in this promotion; however, the use and operation of these products are solely the responsibility of the recipient. By accepting and using a fire pit, you agree to comply with all safety regulations and best practices.

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Evolve Lighting are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or accident resulting from the use, misuse, or improper installation of a fire pit. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, fire-related incidents, or any consequential damages.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that the fire pit is used in accordance with local fire regulations, safety codes, and manufacturer instructions. Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Evolve Lighting strongly advise users to:

• Only use fire pits in well-ventilated outdoor areas.
• Keep flammable materials away from the fire pit.
• Never leave a fire pit unattended while in use.
• Follow all manufacturer guidelines and safety precautions. 

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Evolve Lighting do not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the safety, durability, or fitness of fire pits for any particular purpose. The recipient assumes full responsibility for the safe use and maintenance of the product.

By accepting and using a fire pit, the recipient agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Evolve Lighting, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from the use or misuse of the product. 

Recipients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, ordinances, and fire safety regulations before using a fire pit. Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Evolve Lighting are not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal actions resulting from non-compliance. 

Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Evolve Lighting reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the recipient to review the terms periodically. By accepting and using a fire pit from Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Evolve Lighting, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Trip to Fiji terms and conditions

The winner will be drawn at the Active Electrical Suppliers head office on 14 August 2025 and the winner notified by phone and email.

The trip booking agent will make contact to arrange flights and dates with the winner.

Flights must be ex Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch only. Cost of travel to these airports is not covered under the prize and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The prize includes:

• Return flights for two to Fiji ex Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.
• Return private car transfers to and from the airport to the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay.
• Daily breakfast at the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay.
• 3 nights’ accommodation in an overwater bungalow at the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay. 

General terms

The thermal shirt will be distributed at the time of purchase - limited sizes and stock available.

The Solo Stove Smokeless Fire Pit will be delivered freight free to your local Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branch. Winners are responsible for the collection of their prize.

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of rewards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
