These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Indalex Ladder Solutions Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion period

The promotion will be valid from Thursday, 1 May 2025 until 11:59pm, Monday, 30 June 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

The offer is available instore and online to customers who purchase any Indalex ladder during the promotion period. An additional 7.5% discount will be applied on selected ladders.

Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Eligible products

Rewards

Eligible customers, who purchase any Indalex ladder will receive a free head torch. An additional 7.5% discount will be applied on selected ladders. Reward details Receive a free rechargeable, wave induction head torch with a durable stretchable and adjustable head band. 

General terms

The head torch will be distributed at the time of purchase and are available only while stocks last.

For customers who spend $200 + GST or more on Indalex ladders, the product will be delivered freight free to your local Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd branch. If you choose to have the ladder(s) delivered to an alternative address, freight charges will be applied.

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of rewards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the promotion, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
