These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the NHP Eggs-clusive Easter Deal (“Promotion”) offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion Period 

The promotion will be valid from Monday, 7 April 2025 until 11:59pm, Friday 2 May 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

The offer is available instore to customers who spend $200 + GST or more on a single invoice on any NHP products, during the promotion period – while stocks last. Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Rewards

Eligible customers, who spend $200 + GST or more on a single invoice on any NHP products in store will receive an exclusive 4-pack of Potter Brothers marshmallow easter eggs - while stocks last.

It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to read the ingredient labels and allergen information provided by the manufacturer to determine whether the product is safe for their personal consumption.

Additionally, please note that the easter eggs have an approximate shelf life of nine (9) months. For best quality, refer to the expiry date printed on the packaging.

By accepting these products, the recipient acknowledges and accepts this responsibility.

The Easter eggs will be distributed at the time of purchase, instore, and are available only while stocks last.

Only one 4-pack per eligible invoice of $200+GST or more. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.

We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of rewards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

Disclaimer

We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the promotion, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
