Terms and Conditions

These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to The Fat Bastard Pie Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.

Promotion period

The promotion will be valid from Sunday, 1 June 2025 until 11:59pm, Thursday 31 July 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.

Eligibility

The offer is available instore to customers who spend $150 + GST or more on a single invoice on any Pure Lighting products, during the promotion period – while stocks last. Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.

Purchase any Pure Lighting products.

Rewards

Eligible customers, who spend $150 + GST or more on a single invoice on any Pure Lighting products instore and online, will receive an entry in the draw to win one of 10 6-month Fat Bastard Pies subscriptions - while stocks last.

General terms 

Winners will be drawn by random selection on Monday 4 August 2025 at the Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd Support Office in Penrose, Auckland. Winners will be notified via email and published on the Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd LinkedIn platform. Only entry per eligible invoice of $150 + GST or more. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of rewards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
