These promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to The Ultimate Lamb Rack Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”). By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the promotion.
Promotion Period
The promotion will be valid from Monday, 13 October 2025 until 11:59pm, Friday 12 December 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the promotion.
Eligibility
The offer is available to customers who purchase the indicated quantity of any of the selected Pure Lighting products on a single invoice, during the promotion period.
Customers who return products purchased during the promotion period will not be eligible to receive any associated rewards. Rewards are conditional on the final purchase of products and will be forfeited if the products are returned.
Rewards
Eligible customers, who purchase the indicated quantity of any of the selected Pure Lighting products on a single invoice instore and online, will receive a New Zealand rack of lamb – no limit on the number of lamb racks per customer.
Food Allergy & Liability Disclaimer
Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Pure Lighting accept no responsibility or liability for any issues arising from the giveaway of the fresh rack of lamb. This includes, but is not limited to, matters relating to product quality, food allergies, injury or harm caused by the consumption of the product, who within the recipient’s business receives the product, the handling, preparation, or storage of the product, or any tax implications associated with receiving this reward. Recipients are solely responsible for ensuring safe storage, handling, and consumption of the lamb in accordance with all applicable food safety standards.
Active Electrical Suppliers Ltd and Pure Lighting shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with this promotion, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
General Terms
One rack of lamb per invoice.
The rewards can be collected from participating branches with prior arrangements with the relevant Active branch staff.
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, or services.
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Pure Lighting offers, promotions, or discounts on offer at any Active branch.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.
We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to refuse the provision of rewards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.
